Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time if your items have not already been shipped. To cancel your order, send an e-mail to mail@tinamariecph.dk with your name and order number. If the items have been shipped, follow the return instructions as described below.
Terms and Conditions for purchasing courses
There is basically no right of withdrawal on our courses, as they take place on set dates or periods. However, we offer a right of withdrawal on courses under the following conditions:
When you purchase a ceramics course on tinamariecph.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can get the full amount refunded. If you want the money refunded after 14 days from the date of purchase, an administration fee of 20% of the amount will be charged. From 3 weeks before the course starts, the amount cannot be refunded. This also applies if you buy the course less than 3 weeks before the course starts, in which case the 14-day right of withdrawal will lapse. However, you are welcome to give or sell your place on the course to another person. If this happens, i must be notified in writing.
Returning goods
You must notify me within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your webshop purchase. The notification must be given by email, phone or similar. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it with a return. You will find it included in your order confirmation. If you cancel your purchase, or parts of the purchase, you must send the goods to: Tina Marie Cph, Vesterbrogade 175, 1800 Frederiksberg C together with a copy of your receipt. We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:
1) have received your goods
2) have the last goods in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different goods, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without simultaneously notifying me. Your order must be returned to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct costs in connection with returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until they are returned to us, and when returning you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several goods from us, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be canceled:
Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
Agreements for accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities, when the date or period has been agreed. (The latter can be, for example, courses, performances, conventions, etc.)
Christmas gifts
All orders placed in November and December will be considered Christmas gift purchases and these orders can be exchanged after Christmas. Simply give written notice before January 15.
Condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and way in which the goods function. In other words – you can try the item in the same way, as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
Complaints
When you shop at tinamariecph.dk as a consumer, you of course have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act's rules for purchasing goods. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
I will generally replace or repair items that are damaged during transport or defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item has broken in your custody due to normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk. But I will be happy to help with repairs.
How quickly should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within one to two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for shipping, so that we can refund your shipping costs.
